Plot
Ryland Grace, a middle-school science teacher, wakes up alone on a spaceship far from Earth with no memory of how he got there.
He slowly recalls that he is humanity’s last hope to stop a catastrophic stellar phenomenon threatening the sun and all life on Earth.
Stranded in deep space, he encounters an intelligent alien named Rocky, and together they combine their knowledge and resourcefulness to find a solution.
The story blends high-stakes science, suspense, and an unlikely interstellar friendship, as Grace races against time to save both worlds.
